🚗Customer pick-up

🟩 Self Pick-Up & Return – Tables and games are available for pick-up. Inflatables are delivery only.

🟩Save 10%! – Grab a 10% discount when you pick up and return items yourself.

🟩ID & Security Deposit – A quick photo of your ID will be taken, and a $100 refundable security deposit is required for all pick-up orders.

🔨 Setup

🟩 We've Got This – Delivery comes with full setup so you can enjoy the party stress-free.

 

💳 Payment & Deposit

All delivered rentals require a $100 booking deposit that is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total rental cost. Once submitted, your date is officially held on our calendar.
Final payment will be invoiced 10 days prior to your event and is due 7 days before your event. Customer pick-up items require a $100 refundable deposit due at the time of booking and will be refunded after items are returned.

❌ Cancellations

The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
 If you need to cancel your event:

🟩 14+ days before the event: You may cancel without any further charges (deposit will not be refunded).
🟨 7–13 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance will still be due.
🟥 Less than 7 days before the event: The full balance is due, as we have reserved this date and prepared for your rental.

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your event when possible (subject to availability and weather policy).

🔨 Setup Requirements 

All inflatables must be set up on flat areas free of debris, sharp objects, or overhead obstructions. Access to a grounded electrical outlet within 100 feet is required. Customer must inform us of any underground utilities, sprinklers, or hazards in the setup area. Please inform us of all steep hills so we can adequately prepare for your delivery. All measurements are located on the rental request form and under each item in the 'Inflatable' tab. 

🧼Damage & Cleaning Policy

Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive dirt beyond normal wear and tear. Do not use silly string, glitter, confetti, gum, face paint, or similar items in or near rental equipment — they cause permanent damage.
🟥 Cleaning Fee: A $50+ cleaning fee will be charged for excessive messes.
🟥 Damage Fee: Full cost of repair or replacement will be charged for any damaged items.

⛈️ Weather Policy

If bad weather is forecasted, you may cancel up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund and the deposit will be credited towards rescheduling. No refunds are given once the equipment has been delivered. You must turn off and deflate all inflatables during rain or wind over 15 mph.

🦺Safety Rules

Adult supervision is required at all times when bounce houses are in use.
No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, pets, or face paint inside the bounce house.
Follow occupancy limits and safety rules posted on the equipment or provided by Jump Pros. Inflatables must not be used in rain, lightning, or high winds (15+ mph). If these conditions occur, turn off the blower and evacuate immediately.
